DPС - Dormant Pluripotent Cells for Radical Anti-Aging Therapy
Our recently obtained autologous pluripotent stem cells possess the potential for genuine reversal of aging. Their pluripotency enables them to differentiate into all cell types in the body. They restore absolute cellular youth, even if derived from a highly aged organism. They reset all markers of aging. Moreover, unlike other types of pluripotent cells, they carry no risk of tumor formation upon reintroduction into an adult organism. Furthermore, by addressing cellular deficits in dysfunctional tissues, they serve as the optimal means for preventing tumor development.
The three components of Radical Life Extension (RLE):
Elimination of aging signaling in the body through Therapeutic Plasma Exchange.
Addition of youth signaling via young exosomes.
DPС cells
TPE and young exosomes create a -youthful environment for the engraftment and optimal functioning of DPC. DPC migrate to the most problematic sites, giving rise to new young tissue-specific stem cells that gradually replace the old specialized cells. Today, this represents the most promising approach to RLE.
We plan to demonstrate in experiments the differentiation of our human DPC cells into derivatives of all three germ layers. To show that DPC cells can extend the lifespan of very old mice from long-lived strains beyond their maximum lifespan. To prevent the occurrence of any tumors in them. And ultimately, to create a new "Methuselah mouse."
